I’m always on the lookout for new products, places and events
that inspire my love of health and wellbeing. So when an email popped into my
inbox introducing a brand new BBC Good Food Show, I was very excited.
The new BBC Good Food Eat Well Show is coming to Olympia, London on 27th February until 1st
March 2015 and it has a fabulous line up of cooks, chefs and experts just
waiting to share a wealth of information with you on how to balance a healthy
lifestyle with your love of good food.
Now for someone like myself who started her journey many years
ago studying hotel and catering management, then retrained in several holistic
therapies and is now studying nutrition, this event ticks all the boxes and
more.

I have to admit that I gave a slightly over excited squeal of
delight when I saw the impressive line up; celebrity favourites Jenni Falconer,
Davina McCall, Lorraine Pascale and Phil Vickery will be joined by nutritional and
foodie experts such as Dale Pinnock, Amelia Freer, Natasha Corrett, Christine
Bailey, Rachel De Thample, Marcus Bean and Sherlina Permallo.

The show will be split into several sections; the Healthy
Kitchen, Eat Well Forum, Eat Well Interview Stage, a Book Shop and 1-2-1’s. There will also be some exhibitors there too to tempt you with their healthy delights including Abel & Cole, The Chia Company, Good Hemp, Aduna, Simplee Aloe and many more.
The Eat Well Forum is dedicated to key diet and
lifestyle challenges, and will play host to a range of vibrant discussions and
informative talks on the relationship between food, health and wellbeing. Sessions will focus on different themes and motivations for eating well including Eating for Vitality, What is a Healthy Balanced Diet,
Fuel for Fitness and Special Diets.
The Eat Well Interview Stage
will give you the opportunity to be involved in a Q&A session with great cooks,
chefs and experts alike, so if you have any burning questions you’d like
answered then this will be your chance to ask them.
And the Healthy Kitchen
will host an excellent line up of celebrities, chefs and professionals
demonstrating how easy it is to prepare healthy, good food. Sounds fabulous.
Take a look at the tables below to see who's appearing and when
over the 3 day event.
